- Standard (Below $100): Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on rates supplied to us by our carriers.
- Standard ($100+): Free and fast, this shipping is on us. You do have the option of changing the carrier and potentially incurring costs at the checkout page if desired.
- Expedited: Expedited shipping is calculated at checkout based on rates supplied to us by our carriers.
Changes and Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
* If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If packages are returned to ZOVI to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. ZOVI is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ZOVI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, ZOVI will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Average transit time to the US from our domestic warehouse for US orders: 2-7 business days.
Average transit time to the US from our international warehouse for US orders: 7-30 days.
Average transit time for International orders: 10-35 days.
There may circumstances our of our control such as natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc. that may cause further shipping delays. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery time is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order total. Zovi is not responsible for any import duties or custom charges. We will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.
Backorders & Preorders
If your order contains an item that is on pre-order or backorder, it may not ship right away or it may be automatically split into multiple shipments. You will receive an email when your order ships. Please review to the individual product description to get an estimated timeframe on when your item will ship.
