Your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer free returns on products purchased from ZOVI to all customers for 14 days.

  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital gift card.
  • We must receive your return within 14 days of your delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • If items are sent back past the return policy window, the customer is responsible for return postage.


Return Process
If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, with a product you purchased from ZOVI you may initiate a return by submitting a return request.
⦁ To initiate your return request please click Start a Return
⦁ Upon submitting your return request you will be provided a return shipping label. If your request was made within 14 days of the original delivery date, your return shipping is complimentary. You will have 5 calendar days from the day you receive the return label (via email) to send your items back.
⦁ Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
⦁ Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
⦁ Take the package to your nearest drop off location.
⦁ A refund will be issued upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your account. Please allow 7-10 business days upon receipt of your return for or credit to be processed.
⦁ You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect, and approve your item, we will issue a credit to your account. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit. 

Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. 

Defective Items

All defective merchandise my be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Merchandize that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit. 

International Returns and Exchanges 

ZOVI will not reship or refund orders, including shipping fees, in the event that they are refused or returned. International sales are final.
